This has been a long, challenging year for everyone. In our industry, the pandemic has definitely taken its toll and morale has been visibly low (in Vancouver anyway and we'd have to assume the rest of the country). The other day we sat down with Chelsea (@chelsealoveshair on Instagram) to discuss the state of the industry, what we need to do to move forward, and ways to boost morale together.
